The rules and conditions that apply to using Nuff Reg's services and application.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our services or app. By registering an account or submitting a service request, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all services provided by Nuff Reg GP ("Nuff Reg", "we", "us"), including our website at nuffreg.co.za, our mobile application, and any vehicle administration services we perform on your behalf.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or submitting a service request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Our Services

Nuff Reg provides vehicle administration and licensing services in Gauteng, South Africa, including but not limited to:

Services are subject to availability and to the requirements of the relevant South African licensing authorities. We act as an agent on your behalf — we facilitate and submit documentation, but final processing is subject to the decisions of the relevant government departments.

3. The Nuff Reg App

The Nuff Reg app ("App") is available on iOS, Android and as a Web App (PWA) that allows registered clients to request services, upload documents, track service progress, and manage their vehicles. Use of the App is subject to these Terms in addition to the terms of the relevant platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Web browser).

You must be 18 years or older to create an account and use our services.

4. Account Registration

To access full App functionality, you must create an account and complete your profile, including providing your name, contact details, and identity information for verification purposes.

5. Account Verification

Before we can process paid services on your behalf, your account must be verified. Verification requires you to provide a copy of a valid South African ID document or passport. We verify your identity to comply with our obligations under South African law and to protect you from unauthorised use of your identity.

Unverified accounts may use the App to browse services but cannot submit paid service requests.

6. Service Requests

When you submit a service request through the App or via WhatsApp/email, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to decline any service request if we have reason to believe it is fraudulent, illegal, or in contravention of South African law.

7. Quotes and Fees

Service fees consist of our professional fee plus any applicable government fees, disbursements, or levies. A quote will be prepared by our team and sent to you for approval before any work commences on paid services.

You must approve a quote before we proceed. By approving a quote in the App (or confirming verbally via WhatsApp), you authorise Nuff Reg to proceed with the service at the quoted price.

Indicative pricing is listed on our website. Final quotes may vary based on the specific circumstances of your request and any government fee changes. Pricing is in South African Rand (ZAR) and includes VAT where applicable.

8. Payment

Payment is due upon approval of your quote and prior to commencement of the service (unless otherwise agreed in writing). We accept payment via the in-app payment facility or via EFT/bank transfer as confirmed with our team.

Payments are non-refundable once a service has been submitted to the relevant licensing authority, except where we are at fault for an error.

You are responsible for any additional government fees or penalties that arise from inaccurate information you provide.

9. Turnaround Times

We aim to process most service requests within one to two business days of receiving all required documents. Turnaround times are estimates and depend on factors outside our control, including the operating hours and processing speed of licensing offices and government systems. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party government departments.

All content on the Nuff Reg website and App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nuff Reg GP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we take all reasonable care to provide accurate and timely services, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding:

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Nuff Reg GP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including (but not limited to) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of vehicle use.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

15. Cancellation

You may cancel a service request at any time before we have submitted it to the licensing authority by contacting us via the App, WhatsApp, or email. Once submitted to the relevant government department, cancellation may not be possible and fees may not be refundable.

You may close your account at any time via the App settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we believe your account has been compromised.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. We will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South Gauteng High Court or the applicable Magistrate's Court.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
